Working within Fersan (a subsidiary of the Develey Group), I manage the brand identity and packaging operations for a diverse portfolio of FMCG products. My primary focus has been the strategic systematization of Fersan’s core portfolio; I redesigned the label architecture across five main categories, creating a scalable visual system applied to 300+ SKUs.
Beyond the core brand, I manage the localization and brand adaptation for global partners like Teekanne, Develey, and AIKO. Collaborating with global marketing teams, I ensure that international identities are successfully adapted to the Turkish market with high-level print quality and color consistency. I also propose and evaluate sustainability initiatives, testing recyclable materials to align production with future environmental goals.

Pine Books and More is a project where I create and publish educational activity books for young children. Focused on early childhood development, the books are designed to support preschoolers in learning pen control, tracing letters and numbers, and building confidence before starting school. From concept to content and visual layout, I handle every part of the process with the goal of making learning fun, accessible, and meaningful for kids and parents alike.
